Bridge Fabrication
Manufactured in our 42,000 sq. ft workshop, RJD design and manufacture bridges of all sizes and types, From small architectural type pedestrian and cycle bridges, to fabricating large industrial pipe bridges, motorway sign gantries, conveyor bridges, road and rail bridges.
Pipework Fabrication
Our pipework divisions fabricate in various grades of steel and specialise in the medium to large bore range. RJD not only manufactures pipework but also install various pipework configurations on site for a wide range of clients. Our fully certified workforce manufactures all pipe work fabrications. Some of our previous pipework contracts include working in the gas and oil industry, food industry, glass making industry, and the cement industry. RJD also offers a fully comprehensive turnkey package installation service.

Platework Fabrication
RJD specialises in various complex platework fabrications ranging in plate thicknesses up to 200mm. In- house expertise allows us to work in different grades of steel including corten, stainless and 3cr12. Anchored, machine levelled assembly frames ensure the flatness of the units is maintained throughout production. Our lifting capacity at RJD is up to and including 60 tonnes. Plate work and fabrication undertaken recently includes machined base plates, wagon bodies trailers and turbine base plates.

Roundwork Fabrication
Roundwork is undertaken in our 42,000 sq. ft workshop. Manufactured and machined in house using our Pyramid Roller (4 metres x 25mm), we have supplied various thickness and diameters of ductwork for detailed customer drawings. Roundwork is manufactured in both mild steel and stainless steel in industries such as Sugar, Food, Oil & Gas Process, Water Treatment and various engineering industries.

Stainless Steelwork Fabrication
Stainless steel fabrication is carried out in our purpose built fabrication shop (6,000 sq. ft). Stainless fabrication is carried out for the Food Industry, Gas and Oil Industry and the Commercial/ Retail Industry Stainless fabrications covers pipe work, silos, bunkers, staircases, plate work and sheet work to meet customer requirements.

Structural Steelwork Fabrication
We offer a comprehensive in-house design service, supervised by our chartered design engineer. We cover initial conception through structural design to production of detailed fabrication drawings for projects ranging from simple portal framed buildings and purpose designed lifting rigs to large scale material handling plants, industrial structures, plant steelwork and multi-storey framed buildings.
