Engineering have been awarded a top Quality Welding accreditation
by TWI Certification Ltd (a member company of The Welding Institute).
This
ISO 3834 Part 2 Award (Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of
Metallic Materials) is recognized by the achievement of Certification
to 3 governing bodies:
TWI
(The Welding Institute)
EWF (European Welding Federation)
IIW (International Institute of Welding)
The
fabrication industry is very competitive, where industries such
as Sub-sea and Oil Exploration, Defense, Power Generation and Nuclear
all insist on the highest standards of quality and documented traceability.
This certification puts RJD at the forefront of Fabrication Companies
with only a handful in the UK attaining this standard.

Powney (Responsible Welding Coordinator) said, "We are delighted

system, which also includes ISO 9001, we now meet the full requirements
of the 5th edition of the National Structural Steelwork Specification
(NSSS). These specifications require Companies to have a system
for the management of welding and to meet the requirements of ISO
3834"
